Wire-Mesh Products, Inc (WMP) is one of the leading U.S. manufacturers of wire mesh conveyor belts.

Headquartered in York, PA, with additional manufacturing locations in Lancaster and Manheim, PA, WMP employs over 80 people and sells worldwide to a multitude of industries. Following the tradition of its founder John F. Enright III, WMP works closely with each customer to analyze specific furnace belting needs. Drawing upon numerous case studies, our conveyor belt manufacturers have the ability to combine both theoretical analysis and practical experience in determining the best belting solution.

Rich

Richard D. Riva II

President / Owner

Rich has been involved in the wire belt industry since 1995. Before assuming his role as President in 2007, Rich served as Manager of Operations and General Manager, with an emphasis on engineering solutions to a variety of belting requirements. Rich graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame in 1991 and is a member of ASM and PMEA. Whether discussing high temperature furnace belts or the “Fighting Irish”, Rich is eager to carry on a spirited discussion. He is married to his college sweetheart and they are now adjusting to life as “empty nesters!” Outside of the office, Rich enjoys playing golf and spending time with family and friends.

Dustin

Dustin Carl

Vice President / Owner

Dustin started his career in the wire belt industry with Wire-Mesh Products in 1994. He has performed many roles including Project Engineer and today serves as Vice President. Dustin graduated from Penn State University in 1996 with a concentration in Management & Marketing. He is a member of the National Federation of Independent Businesses (NFIB) & National Association of Manufacturers (NAM). Dustin has been married 25 years to his high school sweetheart. When he is not at the office, he enjoys powder skiing, traveling, cycling, and spending weekends on the Jersey shore.

Scott

Scott Devers

Vice President of Purchasing

Scott has over 33 years of exotic metals and wire procurement experience all over the globe. He graduated from York Technical Institute 1987 and began his career at Wire-Mesh Products in 1989 as Shipper/Receiver. Scott quickly moved into a Product Engineer position to learn the business in 1990, and today is the current Vice President of Purchasing, also handling key accounts in sales. Scott has been happily married for 19 years and has two wonderful boys. He enjoys winter activities, playing sports with the kids and spending the fall in Happy Valley cheering on Nittany Lion Football.

Nicole

Nicole Theis

Director of Marketing

Nicole Theis is the Director of Marketing for Wire-Mesh Products. She is responsible for all branding, marketing, social media, advertising, public relations and communications for the company. Nicole joined the company in 2011 and brings over 20 years of marketing and advertising experience having worked for companies such as The Coca-Cola Company and Ogilvy & Mather. When not busy constantly promoting Wire-Mesh, Nicole enjoys heading up the latest school charity event, staying active through running and yoga and spending time with her family.

    Early 1970’s

    Wire-Mesh Products is founded by John Enright & Frank Mincarelli and begins manufacturing in a small, leased space with two weaving machines in York, PA.

    1975

    Wire-Mesh Products moves to current York, PA location.

    1979

    Increased manufacturing capabilities with four weaving machines and two welding tables.

    1992

    Frank Mincarelli retires and Scott Devers is promoted to Purchasing Manager.

    1994-1995

    John Enright hires his sons-in-law Dustin Carl and Richard Riva.

    1997

    WMP experiences significant growth and operates with nine weaving machines and four welding tables.

    Mid 2007

    Dustin Carl & Richard Riva purchase Wire-Mesh Products after the passing of its founder, John Enright.

    Scott Devers is promoted to Vice President Purchasing.

    WMP surpasses sales expectations and operates with thirteen weaving machines and five welding tables.

    WMP is now a second generation company, leading the industry in belt engineering and customer relationship management.
