Administrative Assistant

  • Salary Commensurate with experience.
  • 1st Shift, Full Time.
  • Office professional.
  • Prior office experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks, Word, and Excel is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail are crucial for success in this position.
  • Able to function within a team environment.

Mechanical Maintenance Technician

  • Salary Commensurate with experience.
  • 1st Shift, Full Time.
  • Emphasis on troubleshooting, root cause, and proper repairs of machines.
  • Perform preventive maintenance.
  • Diagnose, repair, and replace equipment fixtures.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Strict compliance with safety protocols.
  • Driver’s License and vehicle required, with the flexibility to work at the Lancaster plant if needed.

Mechanical Preventative Maintenance Technician

  • Salary Commensurate with experience.
  • 3rd Shift, Full Time.
  • Emphasis on preventative maintenance of machines.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Strict compliance with safety protocols.
  • Driver’s license and vehicle required, with the flexibility to work at the Lancaster plant when needed.

Operations Manager

  • Full Time.
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., fabrication, assembly, machining, or packaging).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to walk/stand on the manufacturing floor for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
  • High School Diploma/GED with significant experience will be considered.

Welder

  • Salary Commensurate with experience.
  • 1st shift, Lancaster plant.
  • Able to read a tape measure.
  • Able to use various hand tools.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Familiar with MIG/TIG welding paractices.
  • Able to function within a team environment.
  • Note: Wire-Mesh Products is willing to train the right candidate.

We will train you.

We provide all necessary training, although familiarity with basic machine tools or a penchant for working with your hands (on cars for example) would be beneficial and a sign of future success, although not a requirement.

If additional training is needed, we also work with the Manufacturers Association on specialized apprenticeship opportunities.
